Advance Notice
Your customer is notified in advance of vessel arrival. Each consignee is contacted by telephone to arrange delivery dates and appointment times. An arrival notice is sent by mail or fax.

Container Availability
Our Honolulu terminal is conveniently located within one mile of the harbor. We maintain an "on line" computer system direct with the steamship lines, in order to track our containers for availability and to expedite your shipments.
Claims
Shipments travel on our thru-bill from point of origin until delivery to your customer's door. We assume full claim liability during this period, subject to standard invoice value limitation and any concealed damage. Acknowledgement cards are sent to advise receipt of claims and expected settlement time.
